Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 egg
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

In a large bowl combine first 3 ingredients.
Add the egg and milk, mix (with beaters or whisk) until there are no lumps.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Preheat frying pan, add a scoop of butter, and pour your pancakes.
